In the early 2000s, Jana built a local Home Staging business in Dallas, TX. She left Corporate America with knowledge of business building and strategic marketing ideas, and quickly built a business that continues to grow and impact the Real Estate industry in DFW and across the US. Model My Home is one of the largest Staging companies in DFW, having professionally staged over 6,500 properties to prepare them for the real estate market. Out of the blood, sweat, and tears, Jana grew a heart to teach and coach others to reach success.

Fast forward to March 2020, when the Covid pandemic began to spread across the globe, Jana and her team blazed new trails; encouraging other Staging and Design companies to join them. Rather than hunkering down in fear, Jana and the team created a new line of services within the Short-Term Rental market; setting up units for hosts and investors, as well as building a portfolio of properties for herself and team.

No stranger to rental property and Real Estate investing, Jana knew this was the answer. She started with her family home, preparing it to accommodate guests, and listing on several platforms. She quickly saw a return of 7X her monthly expenses on this one property! Taking that model and utilizing it to scale, she currently has 6 active units within the DFW area, one of these being a luxury new build single family home on Lake Lewisville.

Jana and team also assisted in setting up over 45 units in 2021, nearly doubling their annual revenue in Short-Term Rental services alone! There is no doubt that this team is on fire, and destined for AMAZING things!
